Q. How do I select one of your farms on my mobile device to see what products they have for sale?
A. If you press the “FILTER” button at the top of the SHOP page it will bring up all of the farms we partner with and you can select the desired farm. Also you can select the different categories like “FRUIT”, “VEGETABLES”, “HERBS” etc in the same place.
Q. What are your delivery days and times?
A. Currently we deliver to the Mildura area on Wednesdays & Saturdays. Our deliveries are from 11am-2pm.
Q. Do you have a pickup point in town?
A. Yes we do. Pickup is available at Oak Valley Estate Cellar door 3055 Deakin Ave Mildura. We can leave it there for pickup on Wednesdays and Saturdays generally available from 11am.
Q. Can I buy from you from outside of the Sunraysia area?
A. Unfortunately not at the point. Mildura, Irymple, Redcliffs, Buronga, Gol Gol, Dareton, Merbein & Wentworth are the only cities we deliver to currently. If you are outside of these towns send us a message and we might be able to arrange something that suits your needs.
Q. Is your produce 100% organic / chemical free?
A. Absolutely. We only grow & source from farms that refuse to use chemicals or synthetic fertilizers. Basically anything not natural we refuse to handle which gives the customer better quality REAL food with REAL flavour. We can’t technically call it “organic” as the word is patented. To use it fees are incurred which get passed on to the consumer. (Certain organic certifications expect 1% of your sales)
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. At the moment we only accept cash payments on delivery as the fees for using cards is currently too expensive. This may change in the future but we strongly disagree with the directions government and banks want to take us into a cashless future.
Crypto currency payments may be accepted but please talk with us to arrange this option.
Q. If I grow organic food can I sell my produce on your website?
A. Absolutely. We are looking to create a community of like minded people who are interested in changing how the system works for us as we believe the current system is unsustainable. Each grower sets their own price so unlike big corporate companies you know the grower is getting the retail price, not the wholesales price minus a whole range of costs and fees that make it impossible for small farms to compete.
